Variation to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 17/AP/0495 'Demolition of existing two storey retail building and construction of new five storey building comprising ground floor retail with 52 bedroom hotel above, roof top plant, creation of rear service yard, and ancillary works'. The proposed amendment is as follows: To make a number of minor amendments to the elevations as follows: a change in the RAL colour of the shopfronts, the omission of 2 No. windows on the ground floor rear escape corridor, Staffordshire Blue bricks around the loading bay entrance in lieu of blue glazed bricks, aluminium window louvres in lieu of timber, raising of the main roof parapet coping and and an increase in the size of the plant room to accommodate the M&E finalised design.
