Installation of platform lift at front. Demolition of existing property at 1 Burrows Mews and erection of three storey building plus basement to create 2 x one bedroom flats and 1 x one bedroom live/work unit'. The proposed amendment to Mews House are as follows: -omission of basement level, -alternative ground floor plan arrangements providing 1-bedroom ground floor flat and -alterations to ground floor bins and cycle stores.
