The development description for 17/AP/1665 reads as follows: "Minor material amendment to Condition 2 (drawings) and Condition 16 (BREEAM) of planning permission 16/AP/2649 for the construction of part three/part four/part five storey building for to provide a School of Theatre Arts comprising teaching, rehearsal and administrative accommodation and theatre (Class D1), and cafe/restaurant/bar (Class A3/A4) with associated landscaping to Peckham Square and Peckham Hill Street. Provision of new vehicular access from Peckham Hill Street with associated servicing, disabled parking, cycle and refuse storage areas. The proposed amendments are as follows: - Alterations to the design and materials of the elevations of the consented building; - Change the timing of submission of BREEAM certification until 3 months post practical completion".
