Minor external alterations and refurbishment works as follows: - Replacement natural slate roof coverings to the main building. - Replacement lead sheet coverings to the dormer windows to the front elevation. - Raising the height of the parapet wall to the single storey back addition including new coping stones. - Altering and adapting the cast iron soil and vent pipes to the rear elevation to accommodate the increased height of the parapet walls. - Replacing the existing asphalt flat roof coverings to the single storey back addition with batten rolled lead sheet. - Removal of existing PVCu guttering and downpipes to the back addition and installation of cast iron rainwater goods. - Replacement of an existing external wall mounted bulkhead light fitting. - Stripping the paint build up from the wrought iron railings to the front elevation, carrying out repairs and repainting to match original.
