Norway Maple - mitigate subsidence damage to adjacent church. Crown reduction by reducing height by up to 5m from 17m leaving the crown height no less than 12m. Reduce average radial spread by up to 2m from 4m leaving a residual crown radius of no less than 2m. All cuts shall be made at live secondary growth points and a shape appropriate to the species shall be maintained. Reason - The Norway Maple is causing subsidence to the adjacent church building. The proposed pruning work is to help mitigate future subsidence damage.
