196A Camberwell Grove London Borough of Southwark SE5 8RJ

Remove 3 young Ash trees (Fraxinus excelsior) and 3 young Sycamore trees (Acer pseudoplatanus) from the front of the flat. Reason: The roots of the trees are causing significant damage to the low wall they have grown up next to. Some of the stones in the wall have already been dislodged by the roots and the wall is likely to collapse altogether if the trees are left to grow into maturity. To replace them with some shade tolerant lower growing 3000mm shrubs and perennials.
