Non-material amendment to the approved drawings of planning permission ref. 19/AP/0911 (Erection of a temporary structure ranging in height from 2.4m to 10.4m, comprising up to 91.3 sqm (GEA) of flexible retail, commercial, community and leisure floorspace (Use Classes A1, B1, D1 and D2) and associated external seating, spill-out space and landscaping. It would extend between Heygate Street, plots H2 and H7, the park and Deacon Way) in order to make the following changes: - Removal of timber caging around makerspaces - Horizontal timber cladding rather than herringbone (due to the removal of the timber caging) - Nominal reduction in the height of the makerspaces - Makerspace 03 unit changed - Changes in window apertures - Slatted timber panel added under canopies - Bin store rotated 90 degrees for emergency vehicle access.
