Details of Condition 14 'Service Management Plan' as required by planning permission LBS reg no 18/AP/3696 for the minor material amendment to 18/AP/1702 which was an amendment to 17/AP/2286 and 12/AP/3940 in order to make external and internal amendments to Ludgate C comprising amendments to the roof top plant which has been reorientated and consolidated which ensures that it is no longer visible in key views from the east along Southwark Street and creates the opportunity for a brown roof over the plan area.
