Retrospective variation of Condition 2 'Approved Plans' attached to planning permission 15/AP/2320 [Approval date: 11.08.2015], which itself was a variation of planning permission 12/AP/2940 [Approval date: 19.04.2013], for: "Erection of five storey infill extension to rear of building fronting Webber Row and Dodson Street, 5-storey extension over existing service yard adjoining 252-260 Waterloo Road, extension to fifth floor and erection of new sixth floor, extension with forward projection at 1st to 4th floors to front elevation with re-modelled elevations, and change of use at 4th and 5th floors from office (Use Class B1) to residential (Use Class C3) to create 8 residential units (5 x two bedroom and 3 x three bedroom) on 4th - 6th floors and additional office space" to allow for the following amendments to the approved scheme: - Introduction of residential cycle and waste/recycling storage area on the lower ground floor with access off Webber Row and mezzanine floor at the ground floor level to provide office space. - Re-alignment of elevation on Webber Road on all floors and realignment of fourth, fifth and sixth floors on Waterloo Road and Dodson road elevations. - Alteration to elevational treatment to three main elevations on Webber Row, Waterloo Road and Dodson Road - Alterations to the arrangement of flats over 4th, 5th and 6th floors but with no change to number and mix of units) to update approved 4th and 5th level floor plans and southern elevation to retrospectively match the construction on site" to regularise: - changes to the elevational treatment and fenestration to the Dodson Road elevations, and; - alterations to the internal layout at fourth and fifth floor levels, entailing the conversion of 80 square metres of ancillary office (Class B1) floorspace to dedicated office (Class B1) floorspace.
