Details of Condition 3 - Cycle Storage Facilities, as required by planning permission 18/AP/0026 (Variation of Condition (approved plans) of non-material planning permission 17-AP-2631 for: Minor-Material Amendments to planning permission 17-AP-0328 [Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) for: Erection of a 5th floor extension to create a new 3 bed dwelling, with roof-top terrace at 6th floor level. Non-material amendments sought: Glazing detail, roof lights, terrace balustrades, internal layout and area for cycle storage.
