Minor Material Amendments would allow: - Revised unit mix to: 2 x 2 beds, 1 x 1 beds and 6 x studio units - Re-organisation to all floors to accommodate a lift - Refuse storage revised - Bike storage revised - 2nd to 3rd floor rear balconies omitted - Rear window sizes and positions amended - 4th floor balcony to East facade removed - 4th floor stepped elevation to front facade revised - 4th floor rear balcony added - Lift shaft added to roof - Mechanical smoke extraction system added to roof.
