The addition for an external escape stair connecting to the Works Buidling and the Sea Building. Amendments to the configuration of the external courtyard walkway and to the location of window openings. As required by planning permission LBS reg no 19/AP/2198 for the partial demolition, retention and refurbishment of the existing buildings onsite and extensions to the external building of between 1 and 4 storeys to provide a total of 7,301 sqm of gross internal commercial space (Use Class B1a) and associated alterations.
