The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement submitted pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) 2011' consisting of: the change of use of Unit 11 from flexible Class A1-A4 retail use to flexible Class A1-A4 & B1 use.
