To reduce the tree to just above previors reduction points to first or second growth point. Cut back from property by up to 3m and rebalance tree to front. No removal of large limbs. Thinning restricted to dead wood only in order to restore crown. The tree will be espalier in form. Remove paviors and inject/remove 1 x root with sharp veritcal cut.
