Variation of Condition 1 of the approved plans for planning permission 17/AP/3301 (In order to mitigate any impact on the tree(s) located in the adjoining property the amended layout of the 2 bedroom dwelling layout has been altered to alter the position of the garage to the northern boundary so as to negate the need to excavate along the northern boundary wall. This alteration has meant that the layout to the 2 bedroom dwelling has required alterations as well. Then amended layout is shown on the following drawings 1113.60, 61, 62 & 63)
