Non-material amendment to planning application 18/AP/2454 (Change of use from Use Class B2 (Bakery) to either uses under Use Class A1 (Shops), A3 (Restaurants), A4 (Drinking establishments) or B1 (Business); Installation of new shop front to the front elevation, replacement windows to the front and rear elevations, construction of two storey rear infill extension at first floor to building fronting Bermondsey Street, replacement roof throughout incorporating plant at first floor level, chimney and green roof) for the following changes: Retaining existing structural openings & lintels (where indicated) to front & rear elevations; Windows updated to suit retained openings; The external finish of the flue enclosure to the rear of the site is revised to render; The detail of the roof plan & AOV layout is included; An internal lobby added to ground floor as part of fire strategy; The ground floor plan updated to reflect the latest survey information; Additional access panels / louvres to flue enclosure required for maintenance.
