Alterations to existing openings and creation of new openings and creation of a residential roof terrace to roof of the third floor) to alter the wording to 'The compliance with mitigation measures contained within the Plant noise assessment report Reference 8673.RP01.PNA.0 prepared 20 July 2018 shall be carried out prior to the completion of the works. The plant and equipment shall be permanently maintained thereafter.'
