The proposed building is a B1 use class - housing 10 micro units for local start-ups, and communal facilities including a kitchenette and toilets at ground floor, as well as 2 larger units on the first floor. The proposal also includes a communal yard to the north, a new perimeter timber boundary treatment, and planters and seating to Albion Street.
