Alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II listed building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide six apartments with external works comprising demolition of the service wing outriggers and replacement with a new communal entrance (Amendment to extant permission 17/AP/3070 dated 28/06/2019 to allow for the consolidation of 2 No. as-approved one bedroom residential units at ground floor to create 1 No. two bedroom unit with associated en-suite bathrooms). Further alterations to Beltwood House consisting of 1) the alteration to internal basement walls in gymnasium accommodation; 2) creation of light well and external steps to basement residential unit with associated balustrading; 3) . Creation of ground floor bathroom to as-approved duplex unit 06 (now proposed Unit 05); 4) creation of new internal timber staircase and door to provide access to existing flat roof over servant's wing to form amenity terrace for Unit 06, with associated balustrading; 4) Replacement of existing dormer windows W2.01.01 and W2.04.01 with crittal-framed doors with leaded detailing to match existing windows, with associated guarding.
