Alterations to enable a change of use of Beltwood House (a Grade II listed building) from a Class C2 residential institution to provide six apartments with external works comprising demolition of the service wing outriggers and replacement with a new communal entrance (Amendment to extant permission 17/AP/3070 dated 28/06/2019 to allow for the consolidation of 2 No. as-approved one bedroom residential units at ground floor to create 1 No. two bedroom unit with associated en-suite bathrooms).
