Decay at the base proved to 300mm Decay column on opposite side of the stem from ground level up to 2m. Request 5 day notice of intent to fell due to very poor condition and significant risk to and property owner. Tree was visited by Charlie Macbeth, Technical Director who is Level 4 certificated in Arboriculture and also has Professional Tree Inspection accreditation.
