T1 - Sycamore A large sycamore tree (T1 on the attached sketch plan) on this land has branches overhanging my garden land at the back of 23 Friday Street which causes excessive shading and die back of the grass below plus dead branch fall onto the garden below where my children play. I have met with assistant tree officer Joe Smith who has suggested that the removal of a secondary branch growing to the east back to the primary branch (i.e. the main overhanging branch) would be likely to be acceptable and I wish therefore to apply for permission to do this plus removal of dead branches overhanging my garden land. The owner has not responded to communications about my intention to make this application. Remarks:
