Line of mature Lime Trees x 10 T1 - Twin stemmed Lime tree at 4m high. Tree has very thick crown, common with lime tree species, showing extreme epicormic growth. Also there is major dead/dying wood & stumps within the crown. Recommend removal of the major dead/dying wood & stumps. To thin crown by approx 10-15% removing any rubbing & crossing limbs. To crown lift to give tractor clearance of 5m. T2 - Twin stemmed Lime tree at 4m high. Tree has very thick crown, common with lime tree species, showing extreme epicormic growth, including epicormic growth on tree stem. Also there is major dead/dying wood & stumps within the crown. Recommend removal of the major dead/dying wood & stumps. To clean stem of epicormic growth up to main fork. To thin crown by approx 10-15% removing any rubbing & crossing limbs. To crown lift to give tractor clearance of 5m. T3 - Lime tree. Large extensive cavity at the base of the tree, approx 5m wide and 1.5m high. Approx 65% of the inner heart wood is decayed. Recommend tree to be section felled to ground level, & replanted. To supply & replant a standard sized lime tree (Tilia Europaea). T4 - Very large mature Lime tree (approx 26-28m in height). This tree is twin stemmed at approx 6m in height. Recommend removal of the major dead/dying wood & stumps. To thin crown by approx 10-15% removing any rubbing & crossing limbs. To crown lift to give tractor clearance of 5m. T5 - Lime tree. Recommend removal of the major dead/dying wood & stumps. To clean stem of epicormic growth up to main fork.
