T1 - One large Thuja plicata T1 - One large Thuja plicata. Tree is situated between property and property boundary. Tree is already very large for its limited space, but has by no means reached its full height and girth capability. Tree has been previously pruned/reduced. The old reduction points are a point for potential crown failure in the future. The tree is poorly positioned for its species. My customer tells me that the end of the house sheltered by the tree is always dark, cold and showing signs of damp on every floor (the house is big with at leat 4 floors). My customer has requested that I remove the tree befoe it becomes a nuisance. Fell. Remarks:
