9 Lumbys Terrace Stamford Lincolnshire PE9 2NS

Removal of vapour-impermeable gypsum plaster and cement-based finishes from ground floor walls (front, party and internal walls) affected by interstitial condensation, and re-plastering with breathable NHL 2 lime plaster and lime-compatible decorative finishes. Formation of a breathable perimeter channel at the floor-wall junction to prevent moisture migration into the walls, with replacement of the existing ground floor with vapour-permeable natural clay quarry tiles laid on a lime mortar bed, should this prove necessary to resolve persistent dampness.
