Reduce the southwest stem from 9m to 7m, to the southern edge of the access to alleviate weight and prevent damage / failure of branches through new wind loading (to reflect the crown extent of No. 18 's tree, if reduced) & T2: Elm - Crown raise to 5m over extension by removing, back to the main stem, the single, lowest northern branch (Photo 4)
