The company we plan to use are called Chalk Road - They specialise in high quality builds using the best materials including Douglas Fir cladding. The garden room & integrated storage dimensions are all within the normal permitted development regulations. There are already larger garden rooms in the gardens of our neighbours at No 10, 14 & 16
