Demolition of existing single storey infill extension and construction of single storey rear extension; removal of existing asbestos roof and wall garage and garden shed; widening of side elevation window bay; replacement of leaking roof with like for like and insulation to existing dormer windows; relocation of existing crossover and drive. Removal of 2 large cypresses in the rear garden and two other trees. Please note that the family, due to safety reasons, could not move in to the property with the asbestos garage and shed and we understand that these have been removed since the preparation of the application drawings and documents. We also understand that there were leaks through the roof to all of the bedrooms and the roof is due to be replaced with matching roof tiles to existing and neighbouring ones in the next two months or so. Hence the completion of the form below stating that the work has started. The demolition of the existing conservatory and construction of extension have not started without consent.
