I propose to refit the bathroom. I wish to remove the tiles on both the wall and floor, remove the bath, toilet, sink, radiator and current bathroom cabinet and replace them with modern fixtures. I will not be changing the layout of the current bathroom and thus will be using the existing pipework with the new fixtures. The only addition which is hoped to be added is additional wiring for an LED Bathroom Mirror where the current medicine cabinet resides.
