The dormer and outrigger dormers shall be stepped back from the eaves by 200mm, a bathroom is to be formed within the outrigger roof and an additional bedroom within the main roof. New windows shall be double glazed timber framed sash windows to match the traditional pattern. Any windows facing the boundary shall be obscured glazing with no opening elements lower than 1.7m above finished floor level.
