The scope of this project includes the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps to provide heating and central hot water to the main building and its extension, removing all reliance on the existing gas fired boilers, which will be stripped out. The works will also see the improvement to building fabric elements, including the replacement of the existing front door and single glazed surround with new double glazing with aluminium frame and commercial door, as well as the strip back of existing bituminous felt roof covering on the rear extension and replacement with new roof build up to drastically reduce thermal losses.
