The works will also see the improvement to building fabric elements, including the replacement of the existing front door and single glazed surround with new double glazing with aluminium frame and commercial door, as well as the strip back of existing bituminous felt roof covering on the rear extension and replacement with new roof build up to drastically reduce thermal losses.
