4 Holbrooke Place Richmond TW10 6UD

Overhanging Magnolia tree standing 6 metres tall to be cut back to the property line edge of 4 Holbrooke. The 2nd tree is a overhanging Hornbeam tree that stands 10 metres tall to be cut back to the property line edges of 4 Holbrooke. The owner of the trees has given permission to cut trees back as long as approved by the council and specified to be cut back only enough to be off the 4 Holbrooke property line and that the height and width not be modified. The trees shall not be cut on owners side of the property line. Additionally, the height or width of the trees will not be modified and instead be cut in such a way that the trees will grow back fuller and allow for better screening for both properties. We have contracted a professional arborist at Vine Tree Surgeons to do the trimming work. Sketch plan will also be attached.
