To reduce branches back to previous pollarding points as indicated on the attached photograph, similar to work carried out on application 20/ T0947/TPO. The branches have grown back sufficiently since the last pollarding, that they are now approaching properties 16 & 17 again and, in the recent high winds, when in full leaf, give concern for the safety of property, vehicles and pedestrians. The work to be carried out by Phoenix Tree Services as previous in 2021
