Car Park G001-Mixed species Prune seleced branches to provide 3 metres clearance from building. Lift oak over parking bay to height of 5 metres and prune lateral growth by 2 metres. ALL ITEMS INCLUDING REMOVING ARISING DEBRIS, LEAVING SITE CLEAN AND TIDY. • G1 is located at side of property, near car park, see map attached. • The works are part of a regular maintenance programme to retain the tree at a suitable size for their location. • The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term.
