T3 - Whitebeam - Reduce the crown by 2m to a natural finished shape to fall into situ with the surrounding hedge/tree line. All proposed tree works are because of the private resident at 343 complaining about the trees not being maintained and worrying about potential damage in the future to his property if not dealt with
