Replacing broken original windows facing the back of the building (parking space area and back yard respectively) with windows from The Heritage Window Company in a similar design. Differences versus original windows: double glazing and modern materials (but preserving the white-painted metallic style). The windows are identical to several other window replacements having taken place in other flats in the same building over the years with regarding to design, dimensions, colour and supplier. The work to replace the bathroom windows begun in 2022 and the master bedroom window in 2023. This is a retrospective application as I misunderstood the requirements for planning permission with regard to window replacements.
