Petersham Road Richmond Upon Thames TW10 7AW

Our property in 185 a Petersham Road has no garden, but has the freehold to the 200sqm large and very long driveway. We plan to divide it across, planting a hedge that is set back NINE meters from the public highway. This will offer the house more privacy and still comfortably allow for the off-street parking of up to two vehicles, off the public highway. (see drawing) We apply for permission to add a 1.80 m high pedestrian gate to this hedge, as to allow for the safety of playing children.
