Admiralty Way Richmond Upon Thames TW11 0NL

To replace all timber sash windows on my semi-detached house with the same high quality Heritage Rose uPVC sliding sash windows and double doors which have been installed in a number of houses in Admiralty Way with them having gained planning approval iRef:19/3576/FUL, 21/3433/FUL, 25/0080/HOT, 24/1242/HOT, 24/2555/HOT, PA25/0930. This house was constructed in 1998 and over the years the timber windows and doors have rotted, becoming difficult and expensive to maintain. Heritage Rose uPVC sash windows (https:/www.sashwindowsuk.com/sash-windows/heritage-rose) and patio doors have the same external profile to the existing timber windows & doors. These are in keeping with character of the apartments and houses in Admiralty Way, with reduced maintenance requirements, have high thermal efficiency ( A+ rated) which will aid the poor EPC rating for the property and additionally incorporate security/safety features. The uPVC windows and patio doors can all be fitted into the existing openings and there is no requirement for scaffolding in order to complete the works.
