Replacement will consist of solid timber construction finished with a raised seam zinc sheeting in slate-grey. Roof construction will incorporate two skylights and will be fully insulated, with a plaster ceiling. No amendments to existing structure will be required as loadings will not increase but existing brickwork walls of extension will be reduced in height by 1 or 2 brick courses and the pitch of the sloping roof increased marginally due to considerations of geometry.
