Removal of existing paving stone front drive and replacement with permeable drive covering and planting beds. Replacement of existing front garden path with appropriate new Victorian/Edwardian style tiled pathway. Repositioning of existing brick front wall to allow a gate to be incorporated which is positioned directly in front of the existing front door and porch. The existing bricks will be retained and re-used and appropriate matching reclaimed London red stock bricks will be used where required to replicate the existing design. The current opening to allow car access will be retained. N.B. The wall is just over 1m in height and the piers are just over 1.2m and the property is in a Conservation Area. Hence we believe planning permission is required.
