These two trees have both been classed as CAT C1 by the arboricultural consultant, with the following comment ,'.... these are very small, insignificant trees that make no contribution to the wider landscape, they are not visible from the front of the site.' The removal of these trees will allow the introduction of 7 no. additional trees in the rear garden and a significant increase of m2 laid to planting for increased biodiversity, water management and urban greening.
