NoN Material Amendment to Planning Permission 22/1272/FUL as follows -On the first floor of the approved dwelling the en-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 has been slightly repositioned, resulting in the first-floor bathroom window on the north elevation being repositioned about 1.5metres further to the west and on the projecting side gable wall) and would be slightly larger. -On the ground floor side north elevation, two new windows are proposed to serve the toilet and utility rooms. -A new small mezzanine area is created towards the front north-western corner of the dwelling, with simple stairs access to provide a study. This is in the position of the original bedroom 4. Two small roof lights are proposed in the rear roof elevation to provide light to the study. - Three rectangular skylights are proposed within the flat roof area of the rear kitchen/dining room area to provide more light to this part of the dwelling. -The three new windows on the north side elevation (to serve the ground floor toilet and utility room, and the first floor en-suite bathroom) would be obscurely glazed.
