TPO 04/70 - T5 (holly): Prune back to recent established topping points (pruned in spring/summer 2018), every fifth year, in order to keep the tree under its desired management regime - removal will be approximately the 1.5-2.5m regrowth. T7-10 (hornbeam): Lift low canopy for pedestrian clearances - maintain a 3m clearance over the footpath and 5.2m over the road, by pruning back to suitable points (removing lateral growth of between 1-2m in length, up to these specified heights, with pruning wounds not exceeding 50mm in diameter). T11-15 (holly): Maintain a 3m clearance over the footpath and 5.2m over the road, by pruning back to suitable points, every year (removing lateral growth of between 0.5-1.5m in length, up to the specified heights). T16-T19 (yew): Cut back on eastern crown face to fence line up to 4m in height, therein removing lateral growth between 0.5-2m in length up to this height. . T20 (yew): Cut back to established pruning points, to maintain a suitable clearance between the tree crown and building, every 3 years (lateral removal of between 1-2m). T23 (holly), T24 & T25 (chestnut) - Maintain a clearance of 3m over the footpath (cut back to the boundary line - lateral removal of 0.5-1.5m up to the specified height) and maintain said clearance annually by removing branch material not exceeding 50mm in diameter. T28 (birch) & T29 (bird cherry) - Lift low canopy to the specified extent of 4m to maintain clearance over the roundabout and parking area by pruning back to established pruning points (lateral removal of between 0.5-1m). T31 (apple): Cut back over entrance access to give a 4m clearance over the road only, every 3 years (remove lateral growth of 1-1.5m in length).. T39 (hornbeam): Crown reduce back to established pruning points (between 1-2m of regrowth length). T47 (horse chestnut): Prune back the branches in the lower crown overhanging the adjacent property that have previously been pruned back to the established pruning points, every 3 years, to manage such overhang under Common Law responsibility as a good neighbour (lateral removal between 1-2m in length). T59 (elder): Prune back to topping points annually (1-1.5m of regrowth). T74-77 (cypress) & T79 (silver maple) - Establish a 4m crown clearance over the car parking area off site to the east by removing branch material no greater than 50mm in diameter (lateral branch removal of between 1.5-2.5min length, up to the specified height). T82-83 (lime): Maintain a lateral clearance of 2m between the residential dwelling and tree canopy by removing 2m of existing lateral crown growth on the eastern crown face and pruning back to the to-be-established points every 3 years. Pruning cuts not to exceed 50mm in diameter. T82 (lime): Maintain a clearance of 3m over the footpath and maintain said clearance annually - remove branch material not exceeding 50mm in diameter and 1.5m in length. T84-85 (holly): Maintain a clearance of 3m over the footpath and maintain said clearance annually - remove branch material not exceeding 50mm in diameter and 1m in length. T90-92 (holly): Prune back on eastern crown face to kerb line to 4m, to remove overhang over the parking area, removing branch material of up to 1m in length. T93 (Norway maple): Crown lift to 4.5m over the entrance route on the eastern crown face by removing branch material not exceeding 50mm in diameter and 2m in length and maintain this clearance by pruning back to these points every year. Do the same for the southern, western and northern crown faces over the path but only to 2.5m in height (still 2m in length removal). T97 (birch): Prune back on eastern crown face to kerb line, to remove overhang over the parking area (lateral length removal of 1-1.5m). T99-100 (holly): Maintain a 3m clearance over the footpath and 5.2m over the road, by pruning back to suitable points, every year (removing lateral growth of between 0.5-1.5m in length, up to the specified heights).
