Variation of Condition 2, 16 of approved planning permission 4362/21: amended drawings submitted under this application and the wording of the condition 16 is requested to be varied to 'The buildings hereby permitted shall be constructed and/or adapted so internal noise generated is no greater than the internal noise levels stated in condition 14 with windows shut and other means of ventilation provided. The building shall not be brought into use or occupied until the required sound attenuation works have been permanently carried out. Such works shall be maintained thereafter for the life of the approved development.'
