T1 on the plan is a small Ash, T2 is a young Elm, T3 is a Weeping Willow, T4 is an Ash. Both Ash trees are suffering from Ash Die Back, Class 3/4. The Elm is just reaching the size where it is likely to be infected with Dutch Elms Disease. We intend to reduce/pollard these trees to a hight of 5M, this will make the Ash safe, keep the Elm juvenile, reducing the risk of DED. It will also allow more light into the property and take away the risk of any failure reaching the house. T5 on the plan is a tall Norway Spruce, the root system on this tree is quite poor and the owner is worried it could hit the house if wind felled, therefor we wish to reduce this tree by around 2.5m, reducing the chance of wind throw and meaning it would no longer reach the house.
