Removal is required to address heave caused to footpath that has created a significant trip and tip hazard, to mitigate risks to people and properties from falling branches/falling tree, mitigate unseen damage to underground services and the roadway. Proposal is to replace with one hardy Acer of a more fitting size and growth rate more suitable to the proximity to the properties.
