Sycamore T12. The tree is situated to the right of the drive at number 12 Station Road. Lift canopy and reduce back from property by removing 7 branches indicated in the attached 5 pictures related to the removal of branches that are encroaching over the property by raising the canopy. Reduce canopy spread to 2 meter radius from the tree as indicated in the attached photo's. The tree has grown over the house close to the roof, and also provides area's for birds to foul on the drive way and cars over and above the normal level of expected bird mess.
