Retention of the London Stadium as a multi-purpose sports, music, culture and community events venue with minor amendments to planning conditions relating to event restrictions set out in the extant planning permission (planning application reference 20/00060/VAR) In order to allow: - Increase in annual events from 10 to 24; - Increase maximum capacity for events to 85,000 for 8 events and maintain current capacity of 80,000 for 16 events; - Increase in consecutive nights of concerts from 3 to 4 (at a maximum of 4 occurrences per year); - Operate all events at a maximum music noise level of 75 dB; - Increase capacity for all sports events to 62,500 to match capacity for West Ham games; - Reduce annual frequency of sports events from 87 to 70; and - Include uniquely run sports events such as boxing and Soccer Aid within the definition for Events.
