The proposed amendment relates to the definition of the Substantial Implementation Long Stop Date in Clause 1.1 of the Agreement. The applicant seeks to amend the definition from 30 months to 33 months from the Grant Date, which would consequently defer the trigger date for the Early Stage Review Mechanism by three months.
