19 Non-illuminated, PVC Lamppost Banner Advertising, size 2.2 x 0.785m. along a stretch of the B167 Green Street between the junction with the A118 Romford to the north and the junction with the A124 Barking Road to the South. System to be used will be a flex-arm system, which is retro fitted to the column with the three point double banding system atop dry-proof damp course to protect the column. They will display event and commercial advertising [as agreed with London Borough of Newham Council under the terms of our Contract Agreement]. The advertising may vary in design but will adhere to advertising standards and will require approval of council representatives.
