18 Non-illuminated, PVC Lamppost Banner Advertising, size 2.2 x 0.785m located along a stretch of the A1020 North Woolwich Road between the junction with the Silvertown Way to the west and the North Woolwich Roundabout to the east. System to be used will be a flex-arm system, which is retro fitted to the column with the three point double banding system atop dry-proof damp course to protect the column. They will display event and commercial advertising [as agreed with London Borough of Newham Council under the terms of our Contract Agreement]. The advertising may vary in design but will adhere to advertising standards and will require approval of council representatives.
